Tropical Flowers can be extremely long lasting, provided they receive the proper care. When your flowers arrive, gently unpack them, trim approximately 1/4-1/2 inch from each stem, using very sharp scissors or a very sharp knife. Care should be taken to get each flower into water as soon as its stem is trimmed, so it is best to work with one flower at a time. The Hawaiian foliage can also be trimmed prior to its use.
