All orders from The Flower Garden -- Hawai'i are shipped FREE Federal Express Standard Overnight to guarantee freshness or your money back. All FedEx shipments leave The Big Island of Hawai'i at 12:00 noon, Monday - Friday, and arrive on the West Coast (including parts of ID, NV, AZ, UT, and CO) the following afternoon. Shipments to all other US Mainland destinations require an additional day. In the rare event that FedEx Standard Overnight service is not available in your area, The Flower Garden -- Hawai'i will ship your order Federal Express Priority at an additional $15 charge. FedEx charges an additional $10 for any address mistakes, so please be particularly careful in getting your addresses correct and complete (i.e. include suite numbers, etc.), as this charge will be added to your account if the error is not on our part. Phone numbers are desirable, but not required. All prices quoted within this web site include Mon. - Fri. delivery to the mainland. There is an additional $10 fee to Alaska. In order to save you additional freight charges, The Flower Garden -- Hawai'i ships flower bouquets Mon. - Thur. for West Coast delivery and Mon. - Wed. for all other US Mainland deliveries, unless specifically requested by the customer. Saturday delivery is available for an additional $15 fee. Generally, orders should be placed no later than 9:00 AM, Hawai'i time (2:00 PM EST, 12:00 noon PST) for same-day shipping, although it is sometimes possible to place your order over the phone as late as 11:00 AM HST for same day shipping (simply call us to see if we can make same day shipping). We cannot guarantee orders placed the same day online will make the 12:00 noon FedEx deadline, especially during holiday peak-flower times, so please order as early as possible. Greeting Cards: All greeting cards are shipped free (FedEx), when shipped with any Flower Garden Hawaii product. NOTE*.. When ordering cards seperately, please note that all card orders are shipped USPS priority free, not Fed-Ex. Please factor this in for prompt delivery of your cards.
